We started On The Box because we wanted to create a website that focuses on the needs of agents, vendors, and buyers.
This year, we’ve learned the importance of staying flexible while still building a solid, fast, and reliable website.
While it’s easy to get lost in the numbers—over 60,000 monthly visits, each lot averaging 1,500 views, nearly 50 agencies onboarded, the team growing—the best part of the year has been the overwhelming positive feedback from the people we are trying to help.
It sounds simple, but we’re constantly told how much it means to have someone they can pick up the phone and talk to—someone who genuinely cares about what they are going through.
All that said, we know we need to keep working hard to maintain the trust agents, vendors and buyers place in us every day, something we never take for granted.
It’s been a great first year, and we can’t wait for 2025….oh and we really need to get more pictures when we are all together
