Featured Sales
On The Box 'Featured Sales' are another alternative to our standard listings where you can book a dedicated section on our website to run your own standalone auction for up to 2 weeks at a time.
How are they different to our standard listings?
- Instead of posting individual listings within our standard auction pages, you will be able to book a dedicated page to run a standalone sale.
- We will only ever run one featured sale at a time to ensure you get the most exposure.
- While your auction is live, a direct link to your sale will be available on the homepage of our website.
- Not only are you able to book a featured slot for up to 2 weeks, but On The Box will also promote your sale on Facebook and via Facebook ads.
- These provide the perfect space for multi-vendor machinery or clearing sales.

Clearing Sale of CJ McAlister & M McAlister New
Auction Commences: Monday 24th June
Auction Finishes: 8pm, Thursday 27th June
Terms & Conditions: Buyers please note Machinery has not been used in a number of years and condition of items is unknown, buyers are purchasing items at their own risk. Items are sold "as is where is" and no warranty applies.
Inspection: This is a deceased estate sale and we highly recommend inspections of all items as items have not been used for a number of years and working condition is unknown on all items. An inspection day will be held on Friday 21st June between 9am – 2pm.
Payment Terms: Payment into agent MCC Chudleigh Dobell bank account, per bottom of invoice no later than Wednesday 3rd July. Strictly no items will be released unless full payment has been received and cleared into MCC Bank.
Collection: Items will be available for collection on allocated pickup days ONLY on Friday 5th June and Friday 12th July between 9am – 3pm. Collection is not the responsibility of the selling agent or Vendor. The sale/collection of any items remaining after the 12th July will become void and no refund will be issued.
**********THERE ARE NO LOADING FACILITIES AND NO FRONT END LOADER ON SITE. PURCHASERS WILL NEED TO COME PREPARED TO LOAD THEMSELVES**********

Forbes Livestock Multi Vendor Clearing Sale New
Auction Commences: Sunday 28th April | Auction Finishes: 7pm, Tuesday 30th April
Forbes Livestock Terms & Conditions:PAYMENT: Successful bidders will receive an invoice by email on Wednesday 1st May. Full payment MUST be received before collection & proof of payment must be shown on collection day.
COLLECTION: By appointment with vendor- must be collected by Friday 17th May. Collection is the responsibility of the purchaser and must be conducted within the date specified. Collection is not the responsibility of the selling agent. If collection has not been made by the date specified the sale will become void and no refund will be issued.
PURCHASERS PLEASE NOTE: Auction terms & Conditions – While all care has been taken by both the vendor and the agent in gathering the descriptions provided, neither the vendor or the agent bear any responsibility as to the accuracy of the descriptions or the suitability of the items for the purchasers needs. We strongly recommend prospective bidders inspect the items in person. GST will be applied to all applicable items & there will be NO BUYER PREMIUM added.
Bidder Information:
The sale will close firmly at 7pm on Tuesday 30th April (there will be no timer after the sale has closed).Once the sale has completed, bidders who placed a bid on an item that did not sell/meet reserve will receive an email and have the option to 'Meet Reserve'. This will only be available for one hour after the sale as completed and only open to bidders who had already placed a bid on that specific lot and held the highest bid at the time of the auction closing.
