Bidder Information: The first bid placed on any lot will activate the starting price. Any bid after that will be at the nominated bid increment. As a bidder, you have the option to place a single bid at the next bid increment or a max bid. If you place a max bid, the system will bid for you at the nominated bid increments until it reaches your max bid. For more information on max bids click here.
There will be NO TIMER at the end of the auction. We suggest placing your max bids early to ensure you don't miss out.
Once the sale has completed, the highest bidder who placed a bid on an lot that did not sell/meet reserve will receive an email and have the option to 'Meet Reserve'. This will only be available for one hour after the sale has completed and only open to bidders who had already placed a bid on that specific lot and held the highest bid at the time of the auction closing. The lot will be shown as open for another 60 minutes after the sale has closed, but only the highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction will have the ability to purchase the item.

Please note that all auction times displayed on our website are in NSW local time (AEDT). While this auction is being held in South Australia, our system uses NSW time as the default. South Australian bidders should keep in mind that SA time is 30 minutes behind NSW time.

ALL GOODS WILL BE PAID FOR PRIOR TO COLLECTION WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS OF SALE CLOSING. THE SALE IS GST EXCLUSIVE, LOTS THAT ATTRACT GST WILL HAVE IT ADDED TO THE INVOICE. NO BUYERS PREMIUM ON THIS SALE.
As a Registered Bidder I understand that items will be sold at auction under the publicly displayed A.LP.A. terms pertaining to the sale of goods in New South Wales. I also understand and accept that items offered for sale at this sale may not comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act of New South Wales or with the Australian Standards. And that I should undertake Hazard Identification, carry out Risk Assessment and Implement Control Processes prior to placing the item in use. I will comply and adhere with the OH&S policy and procedures of this work site.

Terms & Conditions: Buyers please note Machinery has not been used in a number of years and condition of items is unknown, buyers are purchasing items at their own risk. Items are sold "as is where is" and no warranty applies.
Inspection: This is a deceased estate sale and we highly recommend inspections of all items as items have not been used for a number of years and working condition is unknown on all items. An inspection day will be held on Friday 21st June between 9am – 2pm.
Payment Terms: Payment into agent MCC Chudleigh Dobell bank account, per bottom of invoice no later than Wednesday 3rd July. Strictly no items will be released unless full payment has been received and cleared into MCC Bank.
Collection: Items will be available for collection on allocated pickup days ONLY on Friday 5th June and Friday 12th July between 9am – 3pm. Collection is not the responsibility of the selling agent or Vendor. The sale/collection of any items remaining after the 12th July will become void and no refund will be issued.
